Best Chinese food I've had, top 3 restaurants between beaver and st George easily. Amazing food, authentic small Chinese restaurant. Lots of food and good service and amazing flavors!

Service was amazing! The combo plates are a lot of food for the money. The tea was the best I've had in a long time. I kept asking for more. I can't wait to go back and try more dishes.

This is the place to go in Southern Utah for Chinese food. Portions are huge for a very good price and the food is amazing. So much flavor! Staff is courteous and helpful. Would rate 10 stars if allowed.

This place is awesome. They have the best Chinese food in Southern Utah. It's about 15 minutes north of Cedar City and is well worth the drive.

We had received high ratings of Mountain Bistro from Parowan locals, so we decided to try their weekday lunch. The dishes we received were tasty with just enough food for our mid-day appetites. Two things keep this from being 5-star, though. First, there is NO access stall in either Men's or Women's restrooms. Second, spice levels are decidedly muted. I had the garlic chicken, and although I could see garlic in the over-abundant sauce, I could not taste it. My spouse finally doused the plate of cashew chicken with soy sauce just to boost the flavor of that dish. I will point out, however, that the zucchini were perfectly cooked, and I am very picky about that! I look forward to trying some of their spicier food at the new restaurant (hopefully with up-to-date restrooms) in Cedar City when they open sometime in March 2020!

The food we ate from the Bistrol is the BEST Chinese food we've ever had!! BAR NONE! The veggie King Pao was so flavorful and beyond our expectations. The Hot sour was a great compliment to the meal. We live in St. George, Utah and would drive up once a week just to eat there again. The sweet sour chicken was amazing and they even cut a hole in the container to let the steam escape so the chicken would remain crispy. I've never seen that done before. If you have not eaten at the Bistro, you MUST!!

This restaurant has the best Chinese food in Southern Utah. I've tried places in St. George, Cedar City and Parowan and the flavor of the many dishes I've tried here is the best, by far. My favorites are the Won Ton Soup, Sesame Beef, Garlic Chicken, General Tso's Chicken and House Special Fried Rice.

I just had one of the worst experiences here I've been coming here for years. I am a truck driver and would come out of my way just to eat here. Today August 15, 2020. My wife and I were sat at a table right after another couple was seated(talking less then a min). We sat for over 10 min with no service. The other couple got their beverage, soup and ordered their main dish. Their was only 4 tables total. My wife had to say somthing before they even acknowledge us. By that time I was ready to go. Dont think I'm coming back. I will go down to their other location(Asian Bistro in Cedar City,Ut)where the waitress that use to work here now works.

The food at this place is normally delicious, however, yesterday things were not quite the same. Worst of all, the waitress (Alyssa) managed to spoil the entire experience for us. She started out by taking wrong orders. She then proceeded to bring everything at once.....the soup our mixed up orders and topping it all off by spilling hot tea all over my granddaughter and my wife. She offered no assistance in cleaning the mess she created but walked away saying that she hated working in the food industry and that she had no business being there anyway. Obviously we didn't have much choice but to agree with her. Maybe next time will be a better experience, but in the meantime the manager needs to screen the waitresses more carefully.

Introducing Mountain Bistro's new Sweet and Sour Chicken entree. Most people would call this chicken nuggets with sweet and sour drizzled over the top, but not MB. This is the actual entree. It hasn't always been this way, They used to have delicious Sweet and Sour Chicken. When I asked why I got chicken nuggets the waiter told me this is the new entree. I was so highly disappointed. Definitely not the awesome restaurant it used to be.

Customer service was amazing! The food was average. Ordered the orange chicken and it tasted more like sweet n sour chicken .

Came here after reading some wonderful reviews, left EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. We ordered General Tsao’s Chicken and Orange Chicken. We got CHICKEN NUGGETS, like actual chicken nuggets with their sauce. At $10.50 a plate and wonderful reviews, I was not expecting school cafeteria nuggets. The egg rolls were mushy inside and cold in the middle. When we questioned the waitress, she said they’re real chicken just compressed and fried. So yeah, chicken nuggets. Was there a discounted price? No. She said “they’re trying something new.”The Beef and Broccoli was delicious. The pork fried rice was overcooked rice with a little soy sauce and 3 tiny pieces of pork. $56 later, we’re leaving all the nuggets behind and feeling a little NAUSEATED and VERY Disappointed! 🤢🤮If you go here, DON’T ORDER ANY FRIED CHICKEN ENTREE and you’ll probably be fine.

I tried this place before with a friend and I am hooked ever since. I loved the excellent ambience and flavorful food and drinks. I recommend this place.

Novelty alone gives this restaurant at least three stars, but with a little added weirdness and actually great Chinese food it's an easy 4 stars.

It doesn’t look like much because it’s inside of a motel, but we were pleasantly surprised by this place! The server was so nice and hospitable. We ordered sweet and sour chicken (sauce on side), Mongolian beef, and chicken fried rice and all of the food was great.

Pretty good Chinese food. The portions are surprisingly big so one entree can feed two people. We got the sesame chicken which was really tasty. We also got a platter that has sweet and sure pork, almond chicken, chicken chow mein, and pork fried rice. That was all pretty good except the almond chicken didn't have much flavor, just a goopy sauce. The service was pretty good and we really liked the succulents they had as decorations.

This is a Chinese restaurant is attached to a motel. Very clean, food is delicious,reasonably priced.Service is quick everyone is well trained and knowledgeable.

Great Chinese food, it has food from many of the provinces in China, they have an excellent walnut shrimp. The staff is friendly and helpful. If you like to use chopsticks and the plastic/ceramic aren't working for you they do have wood chopsticks in the back, you just have to ask.

Clean, friendly employees, the service is great! The food is so good, fresh vegetables, the flavor makes you want to go back again. The menu has a large variety of different types of food. Big plus is they have a location in Cedar City too. Yes, we have plans to go back for Sunday for lunch. Their prices are very reasonable.

Completely wowed at this place. The food is beautifully presented, is flavorful and all around excellent. I tend to judge a Chinese restaurant by their hot and sour soup- theirs is astounding. The restaurant is extra clean and the service is outstanding. 10/10 will do this again. (Pictured is the Mongolian beef).

Considering we are in a small town in Utah this was pretty good Chinese food! Staff was very kind and overall if you are looking for something different go check this place out.
